WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?

When you provide us with your mobile phone number and opt-in, you agree that The Big Blind may send you a variety of text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that mobile phone number. WHAT ARE YOUR MOBILE TERMS?

When you provide us with your mobile phone number and opt-in to The Big Blind’s messaging program, you agree that The Big Blind may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply DELETE to cancel, HELP for help. You will receive a final text message confirming your opt-out.

You may opt-out at any time by texting the word DELETE. For help, send a text message with the keyword HELP. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features, and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THESE TEXT MESSAGES?

You can sign up for The Big Blind’s Text Alerts through:

– Website chat widget

– In-person registration forms

Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can always text HELP for help and DELETE to cancel. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

HOW DO I OPT OUT OF THESE TEXT MESSAGES?

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting DELETE. After you send the SMS message DELETE to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE TEXT MESSAGES I RECEIVE?

The Big Blind will never charge you for the text messages you receive; however, standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. SUPPORTED WIRELESS CARRIERS

We are able to deliver messages to most major mobile phone carriers in the United States. Please contact us if you experience any issues with receiving our messages.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Big Blind is dedicated to protecting your privacy and works hard to ensure our website and services are both safe and secure for our visitors, clients, and subscribers.

Data Protection: Any information communicated through The Big Blind’s messaging program and/or storage will remain in the ownership of the user, stored securely in accordance with our security policy and the law. The Big Blind will take the necessary steps to secure your personal information with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. The Big Blind will, at no time, rent or redistribute this information without your consent, except where legally required to do so.

Opting Out: It is our policy that just as a user must opt-in to a text marketing list, they have the right to opt-out of a particular text marketing list as well. When a user opts out of a text marketing list, they will no longer receive any texts unless they, themselves, re-subscribe.

Legal Compliance: Even though your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, due to standing legalities, we cannot promise that personal information will not be divulged to third parties in ways not explained by this privacy policy.
